At Bask and Lather, we want you to love your hair journey; however, due to the personal nature of our beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
